To revalidate their certification, ENTs must meet guidelines established by the American Board of Medical Specialties and complete a Maintenance of Certification Program. This process emphasizes professional standing, lifelong learning and self-assessment, cognitive expertise and evaluation of performance in practice.
Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not?

No, I would not like to be one because this is not my type of interest. This is a good job for anyone into this, but not me. This job gives you good pay and these type of jobs are one out of many important ones for people.
