"A promise must never be broken." -Alexander Hamilton

Promises are someting you must keep because if you dont, you are not to be trusted. Promises are not just about saying things, but actually doing the things you said you would. When someone breaks a promise, it might hurt the other individual who got played by the one who promised something that they obviously didn't know how to keep. For example, promising someone you will pay the money you owe them on a certain date but never do so. That will let that individual know that they cant trust you, and that you don't keep your promises so they will never believe you or take you seriously when you promise something because they know youll break it.

“Goodness is the only investment that never fails” -Henry David Thoreau
Goodness can be an example of being able to cooperate with others, always telling the truth, treating people the way they want to be treated and etcetera. Goodness is the only thing that will never fail, meaning that being good will always lead you through a good path. Being good is important because it is also a very important part of your personality. People who know how you are would not want to be  near you if you were a person with bad desires. If you are a person with goodness, positive people will come into your life for the better rather than for the worse. Being good can lead you to many more things that will help you succeed, rather than being bad, which will lead you to nothing but failure.

"It is our duty to concentrate all our influence to make popular that which is sound and good, and unpopular that whcih is unsound" -Joseph Smith

Doing good brings you good. Being honest is an example of something that sounds and is good. Being honest is the right thing to do beause you will feel good about yourself. When people lie they are usually always scared of getting caught on what they've done. However, Telling the truth will not have you anxious all the time because you know you haven't done anything bad to get introuble for. Honesty is a big part of a persons life because if a person does not have honesty, then that person cannot be trusted. Being known as a liar, unhonest person, will make people doub you and you will not be looked at as a good person who always says the truth and makes the right choices, but as a person who cannot be around others.

"Character is higher than intelect." -Ralph Waldo Emerson
Your character counts more than your words, more than what you promise. Character is what gets you to the places you want to be or the places you stand on right now. Someone who has a bad character usually doesn't go so far or get what they want in life. Having a good character is important because character is what describes you, character is what makes you who you are in life. When you have an excellent character, peole see you as a good person and you earn the respect you deserve. You achieve things youve once wanted and great opportunities come your way when you have a good character. It is your choice whether you want to ahve a good character or bad, because as the end of the day, it will always affect you and it only determines who you really are.

“I trust that my hard work will pay off.” -Tyler Haws
If you want something you must work for it. Laziness and not enough dedication will not get you what you want or where you want to be. Hard work pays off because if you practice or study, you will develop your skills and be able to achieve what you are working so hard for. When you trust in yourself, it makes it a lot much easier to be confident in what you are doing. Not having trust in yourself could prevent you from going more than your limits. Therefore you should trust yourself, be confident, positive and have a good perspective on how things might work out. Sitting down waiting for things to happen isn't going to make it happen. Work hard enough and make things happen yourself instead of waiting for absolutely nothing but regrets.

Being good is important because that helps you overcome obsticles prevent negative vibes to destract you from your main attraction.
