In addition to providing acupuncture therapy, practitioners help their patients achieve balance and wellness in their everyday lives.
Salary: 
The average salary of an Acupuncturist is $86,720. Salaries start from $41,100 and go up to $144,380. The average salary for an Acupuncturist depends on several factors, like level of education, amount of experience, industry, company size and location.
Education:
Entry into the field of acupuncture requires a master's degree in acupuncture and state licensing. Students looking for enrollment into an acupuncture program should have a past / background in medicine, biology, psychology or neurobiology. Because students participate in clinical internships, other requirements include current Hepatitis B and tuberculosis skin tests and CPR certification. The supreme applicant for the acupuncture training program should demonstrate outstanding observation, communication and motor skills, be comfortable working independently and have compassion for others.

Reflection: 
 Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not? No, I don't think I would like to work as Acupuncture because it does not seem like an interesting job in my point of view, compared to other jobs that I would prefer. Acupuncturist salary is a good pay but this is not an interest of mine, especially treating humans with needles. Also I feel like I would not be a good candidate for this type of job.
