Duties And responsibilities: 
Nursing home administration is a specialized area of medical and health services management. Nursing home administrators work to supervise clinical and administrative affairs of nursing homes and  include overseeing staff and personnel, financial matters, medical care, medical supplies, facilities, and other duties  as specific position demand. Nursing home administrators are involved in the day-to-day aspects.
Salary:
 A mid-career nursing home administrator should expect to earn between $65,000 and $90,000, though some earn more than $100,000. Salaries vary widely depending on the region of the united states, the size of the facility and type of owner ship.
Education: 
Nursing home administartors must have a bachelor's degree, and most hold master's degree in thealth administration or other relevant fields. Their degree programs include business courses as well as instruction on healthcare regulations and ethics.
Reflection: 
Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why not? No, I do not think
I would like to become a Nursing home administrator because I am intersted in different hobbies. Although this could be a great job for anyone interested, I do not see myself being in this type of field. I like action, therfore I wouldn't want to be this.
