                Most poeple just see sports as a fun activity that you enjoy doing, but there is more to it. Sports can be a distraction to anything you are going through, from problems to just feeling stressed. Being physically active can be helpful to your body along with eating correctly. Having a clear mindset and learning teamwork is also something important that a sport might help you understand.
